Spiritual Direction - is a ministry of helping another become more deeply aware of the presence and action of God in one's life. A trained director is available for one-to-one meetings in a comfortable setting. The spiritual director will ask reflective questions and listen. Since we believe that God communicates through prayer and ordinary human experience, you will be urged to pay attention to your experience so as to notice God's nudges, invitations, challenges and confirmations. Each session is one hour long. Strict confidentiality is observed. Director: Sister Rosemary Napolitano, OSF Cost: The usual offering for spiritual direction is $40 per session with a sliding scale down to $25 per session.
Massage - is a gentle therapy that aids relaxation and the relief of stress and tension Therapy helps to increase your physical and mental performance, improve your posture by increasing muscle tone and flexibility, and improves your skin condition. Through music and the gentle laying on of hands, the therapist enables the release of stressors that often hinder reflection and prayer. The experience of massage enables God's action in one's life. Therapist: Mrs. Stevie Vnuk Cost: $60/hour.
Reiki - (ray-key) is understood as God power which increases energy, produces a state of relaxation, creates inner healing and harmony and promotes a loving and gentle spirit. Reiki Practitioner: Anna Graziano Cost: $40/hour
Vacation - The retreat center welcomes members of religious congregations to spend time for relaxation and personal renewal. Daily liturgy, meals and swim times are available. Reservations are limited to religious because of our tax-exempt status.
Vacation time is available from May through September.

Hosting Your Event
The Center staff are available either to host your spiritual program or to design one to help you meet your needs. Our Center can accommodate groups of up to 100 persons for day programs. Meal service is available.
Off-Site Programming
In addition, the Center staff can come to your location, individually or as a team, to meet the spiritual and formative needs of groups such as pastoral councils, SFO fraternities, RCIA gatherings, school faculties, parent groups, liturgical ministers, and senior citizens. We offer retreats, instruction/experiences in prayer, faith sharing, and discernment.
