Conference Retreats
The retreatant follows a planned schedule of conferences, private prayer and rest.

Directed Retreats
In an atmosphere of silence and solitude, the retreatant meets daily with a director who facilitates the process of listening to God. Scripture passages are used for reflection, meditation and contemplation.

The Labyrinth Experience

franciscan spiritual center

Walking the labyrinth is a spiritual act practiced throughout history. The path in leading to the center allows time to think and to engage in an inward journey in search of God and self. On the way out the path becomes a way to bring enlightenment from the center out into the world. Use of the labyrinth as a walking meditation can bring deep spiritual renewal revealing new understandings and insights.
